I've been on the computer most of the day checking out the Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day. Not only is a feast of giveaways, but it's also a great place to check out some new blogs.
I admit last year, when I was fresh on the blog scene, I went a little crazy entering the giveaways. But this year, I have been more selective (so there is a chance for everyone else). Remembering how much fun this giveaway day was last year, has inspired me to join up this year too.
I admit last year, when I was fresh on the blog scene, I went a little crazy entering the giveaways. But this year, I have been more selective (so there is a chance for everyone else). Remembering how much fun this giveaway day was last year, has inspired me to join up this year too.
I am giving away, not 1, not 2, but 3 Joy charm packs to ONE lucky winner!
I originally purchased these to piece together a cute backing for my Vintage Holiday Quilt, but I ended up going in a different direction (read faster, one piece of yardage, direction). If my math is correct, the lucky winner could make a quilt top approximately 50 x 60 inches with these 3 packs. ***Update, my math is rusty, I forgot to allow for seam allowances - make that 45 x 54 inches.*** Just saying - not too shabby!
Now then, you have 3 chances to enter:
1) Please leave me a comment telling me what has brought you the most "JOY" this year = one entry.
2) Followers new and not so new can leave an additional comment telling me you follow and will receive an additional entry.
3) Come back tomorrow and link up a blog post or Flickr picture as part of my weekly link up for Building Blocks Tuesday! I will add all those with links in for an additional chance to win.
This giveaway will remain open until Friday, December 7th at 5 pm PST, when one of my lovely assistants will draw a random winner (old school draw from a hat style)! This giveaway is open to international visitors. However, let this be a warning to "no reply" blogger commentors - if I can't get in touch with you via email, I will have to draw again. Sorry, but I've tracked down people before and it isn't easy or fun.
***Update, I have already received 20 "no reply" blogger comments!! Make sure you aren't the next!***
You may also want to come back on Saturday, December 8th for ANOTHER giveaway!! It's my one year blogiversary!
THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED
Thanks for stopping by,
Jen

The birth of our little girl :)
ReplyDeleteI had to put my 18 year old cat to sleep this year but a month before that happened a stray cat had two kittens on my deck that she refused to accept. They were less than an hour old when I found them and I didn't know if they would even make it but after hours of hand feeding they both survived, I kept the runt and found a home for her sister. She has brought me more pure joy this year than I've had in a long time. I had forgotten the antics of a kitten and I am continually laughing at what she does.
